Welcome to Legio Design. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the procurement of our bespoke architectural furniture, consultations, and utilization of our design resources.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our physical catalogs, visiting our atelier, or requesting consultations and custom commissions from Legio Design, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from engaging in trade with our studio.

2. Bespoke Commission & Production

All items in the Atrium, Curia, and Forum collections are handcrafted. Due to the natural variations in solid European oak, walnut, and Italian Carrara marble, minor differences in wood grain pattern, marble veining, and natural metal patination are expected and celebrated as part of the unique value of each classical piece.

3. Payments & Deposits

Custom commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit before construction commences in our Amsterdam workshop. The remaining 50% balance, including delivery and installation fees, is due prior to final dispatch. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

4. Delivery & Risk

Deliveries are executed by our white-glove specialized furniture transport services. Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon successful delivery and signature of receipt. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure adequate architectural access (doorway widths, corridors, stairwells) for the delivery of large structural pieces.

5. Intellectual Property

All architectural designs, structural drawings, CAD models, branding, styling details (such as the signature brass support arches), and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Legio Design. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal actions, claims, or disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or agreements entered into with Legio Design, shall be brought exclusively before the Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), the Netherlands.
